Product Returns Policy
Epicure Garden does not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product. Unopened product may be returned for a refund within 15 days of its delivery date. A return shipping label will not be provided. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of a return at our warehouse, a refund to the original form of payment or store credit for only the cost of the products returned will be issued. Additional shipping fees, such as expedited shipping services, are non-refundable. All other return requests submitted after 15 days of delivery date will be at the discretion of Epicure Garden. To return, please request a RMA number.
